This story is about SARA an orphan girl, struggling (SANGHARSH) for the orphan children who are not so lucky and strong enough to face world alone single handed. Sara’s Sangharsh is to make these children physically, mentally and socially strong enough to up stand in front of this world with courage and dignity. Sara sangharsh is not to let childhood of these children deform as of her. Sara has seen poverty and scarcity of food very closely. Decided to her self, she will work towards brightening future of these children. Living in 1BHK apartment in Pune with 2 HIV+ children and husband Sachin, Sara manages her office and family. Instead of living such a selfish life I decided to devote it for the well being of unprivileged orphan HIV+ children.
